梁在平，箏樂家；1910 年 2 月 23 日出生於河北高陽，2000 年 6 月 28 日逝世。一位集音樂、書法、攝影、繪畫與公關於一身的國際藝術家，有「臺灣古箏之父」之稱，曾在國際上掀起一陣古箏風潮，是中華箏樂的代表人物之一，也是二十世紀最偉大的箏樂大師，曾被美國時代雜誌喻為「中國的德布西」。他所出版的《擬箏譜》，是中國史上第一本編著附指法之箏譜，對於初學古箏者很有幫助。
LIANG Zai-Ping was born in Gaoyang, Hebei in 1910. He was an international artist who was adept at music, Chinese calligraphy, photography, painting and public relations. He is often called “the father of the Chinese zither (guzheng).” He popularized the guzheng internationally and is one of the most representative people in Chinese guzheng music. Liang is the greatest guzheng master of the 20th century. “TIME” magazine once called him the “Debussy of Chinese music.” His book for learning guzheng, “Imitating Guzheng Notation,” was the first book in China to ever put actual fingerings in scores for guzheng, which is extremely helpful for beginners. Liang passed away in 2000.
