「清濁」為小型室內樂，時間長度為九分二十二秒。題目有「清者自清，濁者自濁」之意。作品創作素材靈魂是在一首「青海花兒」的引發和催化下，形成了主題樂句並由此發展成為全曲。它自由的本質使樂象變化，解體與重組，造成意與象，物象與意向之間即自由的時空關係和凝散自如的變幻，內涵豐富。在作曲技法上，把音色至於極為重要的地位。不追求音響的龐大複雜，使樂曲和清淡的水墨畫，表現出獨特的神韻。
Cleanness & Turbidity" is a small-scaled chamber music with a length of 9'22". The topic signifies "No matter it is clean or turbid, those who keep themselves clean are clean while those turbid are turbid."
