「清濁」為小型室內樂,時間長度為九分二十二秒。題目有「清者自清,濁者自濁」之意。作品創作素材靈魂是在一首「青海花兒」的引發和催化下,形成了主題樂句並由此發展成為全曲。它自由的本質使樂象變化,解體與重組,造成意與象,物象與意向之間即自由的時空關係和凝散自如的變幻,內涵豐富。在作曲技法上,把音色至於極為重要的地位。不追求音響的龐大複雜,使樂曲和清淡的水墨畫,表現出獨特的神韻。
Cleanness & Turbidity" is a small-scaled chamber music with a length of 9'22". The topic signifies "No matter it is clean or turbid, those who keep themselves clean are clean while those turbid are turbid." The spirit of the material for such creation is triggered and inspired by a song about some flower in Qinghai and that forms a programmed music and from then on develops into the whole piece. Its free nature verifies the music in a lot of ways and through deconstructing and reorganizing, ideas and images are fashioned and between physical images and psychological ideas lies the flexible time and space as well as countless variations that enriches its whole content. As for its composing skills, timbre has been put with a great emphasis. He does not seek the immense complication of music but focus on the simplicity of the music piece in order to bring out some unique zest.
